The Effects Of Vibration Machine Training And It’s Methods

The mechanical vibration in the vibration machine aroused large interest because it has been hypothesized that a low amplitude and high frequency stimulation of the whole body could positively influence many risk factors of falling and related fractures by simultaneously improving muscle strength, body balance, and mechanical competence of bones. The effects of whole body vibration show that even the single vibration bout resulted in a significant temporary increase in muscle strength of the lower extremities and arm flexors. The effects of 10-d vibration machine on muscular performance of physical active subjects and showed that whole body vibration applied for 10-d induced an enhancement in explosive power. The whole body vibrations enhance muscle performance for the elderly people.

The people have to enhance vibration training for 3 days a week and it should be practised till 2 months. The preliminary evidence in vibration-loading could stimulate trabecular bone formation and prevent postmenopausal and ovariectomy-induced bone loss. The effects of using whole body vibration for 4-month intervention increases on muscle performance and body balance of young and healthy volunteers. The performance tests on whole body vibration training were done at a baseline and at 2 and 4 months.  The regular participation with vibration training may induce exercise impact-type loading on the skeleton more than three times a week.

Vibration loading was carried out in a standing position on a whole body vibration platform and the subjects were asked to train with it 3 to 5 times a week. The duration of daily stimulus was 4minutes a day. While standing on the vibration plate platform, the vibration subjects on a machine repeated four times a 60-s light exercise program according to instructions prepared earlier. The rationale of the exercise program in the Vibration Machine was to provide a multidirectional vibration exposure on the body and make the standing on the platform less monotonous in a way that would be feasible for a long-term intervention trial.
